According to English media, including The Sun and The Express, Barcelona have begun to focus on these two stars

Oriol Romeu and Cedric are two Southampton players linked with moves to Barcelona this summer. Romeu was formed at Barcelona’s youth academy where he played seven seasons. Romeu, 25, left Barcelona in 2011 to sign for Chelsea.  Meanwhile Cedric is another player in Claude Puel’s team who is standing out.

According to English media, including The Sun and The Express, Barcelona have begun to focus on them. They say that Romeu would be a good alternative to Sergio Busquets in midfield, while Cedric might be the right-back the club have needed since Dani Alves left last summer.

However Southampton president Ralph Krueger does not want to sell his stars. “We don’t want to do what we have done the three previous summers,” he explained.
