Busquets is pleased with the way Barcelona have started the season

FC Barcelona extended their excellent start to the league season with a 2-0 win at the San Mames at Athletic Bilbao, meaning the club stay top with 28 points from 10 games.

One of the stars of the show in the Basque Country was Marc-Andre ter Stegen, who saved brilliantly twice to deny Aritz Aduriz.

Sergio Busquets hailed the German. "He's at a great level. A large part of the victory is his, because he was decisive throughout the game and above all in those moments. The first was at 0-0 and the second at 1-0 in the final minutes, which would have led to a draw."

On the game: "It was hard for us, especially in the second half. In the first we were better and could have added to our advantage. In the second they risked a lot and played man for man almost. In the second half they had chances to equalise but we knew how to suffer and won 2-0 in the end.

On the season so far: "To win here is nothing easy although they aren't at their best. Our start to the season has been spectacular, that much is clear."
