Sergio Busquets made his 450th appearance for Barcelona in Saturday's La Liga game against Leganes. He made his debut aged 29 and now, aged, 29, is among the top seven players in terms of games played for the first team.
Pep Guardiola handed Busquets his debut on Sept. 13, 2008, in a 1-1 draw against Racing in La Liga. He joined the first team from the B team, recently promoted from Spain's fourth tier.
The son of the former Barça goalkeeper Carlos Busquets has played his 450 first team team games in the following competitions:
