Samuel Umtiti feeling good and could play in Copa del Rey
The Blaugrana have been missing the French centre-back after he was injured during the international break
Samuel Umtiti has now recovered from the muscular injury he suffered while with France and he will arrive in time to play in the Clasico on Saturday at Camp Nou.
The centre-back will receive his medical clearance soon, perhaps even soon enough to let him play against Hercules in the Copa del Rey on Wednesday night in Alicante.
Big Sam may reappear in the second half of the game, although the fact that Pique and Alba are being kept in cotton wool after their knocks against Real Sociedad might mean Lucho does not want to take any risks.
Lucho must decide if he wants Umtiti to play in the Clasico or to stick with Mascherano and Pique. Although the Frenchman has been safe at the back, returning in a game like the Clasico after three weeks out would be intense.
