Robert Fernández, Barcelona's sporting director, officially ruled out the club making a move for Jean Michael Seri of Nice. “Seri is totally ruled out. After analysing [the situation] calmly, we decided that our priority was other positions," he told a news conference.
Fernandez explained he wants to sign "another player, if it's possible two," with Liverpool's Philippe Coutinho and PSG's Angel Di Maria the likely candidates.
