"We're working on it but we are not in any rush," he said

"We want it to be someone who can manage the dressing room"

Robert Fernández gave a long interview to RAC 1. He spoke about varuous subjects, among them who will replace Luis Enrique as Barcelona manager in the summer.

"We working on it, of course," the Barça sporting director said of the hunt for a new coach. "But we're not in a rush. We want to work with all the calm in the world.

"We are in the final part of the season and we don't want to divert attention. Right now the most important thing is finishing the season well and that Luis Enrique leaves as a league and cup champions."

He didn't want to give any more clues: "No, I'm not going to say anything. When we have to make a decision we will do so and we will tell you. We have not spoke with anyone. We still don't know who the next manager will be, honestly."

Asked if was between Athletic Club's Ernesto Valverde and Luis Enrique's No.2 Juan Carlos Unzue, Robert replied: "No, no, I don't rule anyone out. Barça DNA? Well, above everything else, what we want is that it's a person who knows how to manage a dressing room like ours, which is not easy."
