"The truth is that Leo is very focused, working a lot," the Croatian said. "I don't know if I have seen him in the gym so much, preparing, taking care of himself.
"You can notice in the training sessions, when he's going 100 percent. You notice a lot."
On being drawn against the Argentine in the World Cup, he added: "There's not much time to take care [before the summer] but with the World Cup coming up I hope he plays every game [for Barca] and doesn't miss a training session!
"But to be able to play in a World Cup will be very special and [especially] to take on the best player in history and to fight against Leo..."
