Rafinha close to making Brazil dream come true
Rafinha Alcantara is close to making his dream come true. The Barcelona player posted a picture on the way to joining the Brazilian national team, with his compatriot Neymar. This is the first time he has been called up by his country.
With Ramires and Oscar injured, Dunga decided to give the Barcelona starlet a chance and he will be looking to take it.
He told Brazilian media outlet Globoesporte how he learned of the news: "I was playing the guitar when I found out, I'm over the moon!"
"I am really surprised. It's not something I expected and it's made me really happy," he added.
Rafinha, who started against Athletic Club in La Liga last weekend, will be with the Brazil squad for matches against Costa Rica and the USA on September 5 and September 8.
