Rafa Marquez allowed to play for Leon against Barca by Verona

Rafa Marquez can participate in the Joan Gamper Trophy on Monday at the Camp Nou, when Barca play Mexican side Leon.

The player confirmed this on Facebook, after it was suggested he would not play because he has moved to Verona.

"On August 18 Rafa plays his last game with Club Leon against Barcelona at Camp Nou in the Joan Gamper trophy," he wrote on Facebook. 

This means the Kaiser returns to his home where he played for seven season, leaving in 2010. 

We could see the likes of Lionel Messi and even Neymar start on Monday night, with Luis Suarez also eligible to play.
