PSG would have to pay around 400 million for Neymar

Barcelona forward Neymar is considered the third best footballer in the world, with a great future ahead of him. His actual value, per Transfermarkt, is 100m euros, only behind Leo Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo. But if PSG want him, they would have to stump up more than that.

How much would Neymar cost? 

Neymar is in negotiations with FC Barcelona to renew his contract, which currently ends on June 30, 2018. Now Barcelona want him to sign on until 2021, with a salary of 15 million euros a season. PSG would have to at least equal this offer, perhaps even going as high as 20 million a season net, 40 gross, which could end up costing them 200m euros just on salary. Then there would be other clauses and prizes within the deal, like at Barcelona. 

Any club that wants Neymar would also have to pay his minimum fee release clause, which is currently set at 190 million. Therefore, signing Neymar would theoretically put Neymar's overall cost at around 400 million.
