The French club have presented a formal complaint about Aytekin's performance

They feel they should have been awarded three penalties in the game last week

Paris Saint-Germain have sent a formal complaint to UEFA for the referring of German referee Denis Aytekin during their 6-1 Champions League defeat to Barcelona at Camp Nou.

The French champions feel they were damaged by the official's performance and that key decisions were given in Barça's favour.

In their complaint, PSG detail 10 actions which they consider seriously went against them. Here are some of the most significant one:

Penalty by Mascherano: A Draxler cross hit the Barcelona defender's hand as he slid in to block the ball.

Second yellow for Pique: Aytekin 'let' Pique off in the 41st minute for a foul on Cavani when he had already been booked for a foul on the same player in the 23rd mintue.

No penalty on Neymar by Meunier: PSG feel that the penalty Aytekin gave for the Belgian's foul on Neymar should not have been given.

Second yellow for Neymar: Aytekin also 'let off' Neymar when the score was 3-1. According to PSG, the Brazilian deserved to be booked for a kick on Marquinhos from behind.

Penalty by Pique: At 3-1, the PSG players felt Pique handled a Di Maria cross into the box.

Penalty by Mascherano and red card: PSG feel Mascherano fouled Di Maria and that not only should it have been a penalty, it should have been a red card as he was the last man.

No penalty on Suarez: The Ligue 1 side feel the Barcelona player dived and that Marquinhos didn't touch him.

PSG, according to sources at the club, don't hope to change the result but are keen to express their feelings at what they feel was unjust treatment.
