Leganes boss Garitano: PSG's win against Barça good news for us

Barcelona are back in league action at Camp Nou on Sunday against Leganes

Leganes manager Asier Garitano thinks Barcelona's heavy defeat to Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday could play into his team's favour when the two sides meet at Camp Nou on Sunday.

"The 4-0 suffered against PSG is the best [thing] for Leganes. Surely their state of mind isn't great. And that, to play against us, is not the best," he said.

"The reality is that out state of mind isn't great either. It's better that they play affected having had a bad game in Paris than having won 0-3... to look for a positive. You always have to look for something!"

However, Garitano was cautious when speaking about Luis Enrique: "A result can change the perception of a manager who has won everything and has made Barça play incredible football. That's how it is at these teams."

The Leganes coach also said of Sunday's game: "The objective is to get three points. If not, you can't achieve anything. You have to know how difficult it is, how these teams are... that's the mentality."

Finally, he doesn't think the suspension of Sergio Busquets will play a part: "They are the best in the world and have used many players there. They will find someone else. They have a number of quality players."
