Sergi Samper prefers Barcelona stay than England move

Sergi Samper knows his era with the Barcelona B team ends this season, but his priority is to stay with Barcelona. The player has told his agents and representatives to exhaust the options for him to play in the first team, ahead of looking for other moves. 

The player knows there are offers for him in England but would prefer to stay at Barcelona if he can. The club have communicated their intention of extending his contract, which expires in 2017. Representatives of the Media Base Sport agency, figureheaded by Pere Guardiola, have made contact with Barcelona and the feeling is good. The club want him to stay and he wants to extend his deal.

Samper knows that having Sergio Busquets, Sergi Roberto and Mascherano ahead of him in the squad is going to make it tough to play. Howeve,r he is convinced he can win the trust of Luis Enrique and make an impact.
