Pique didn't train on Monday and remains a doubt for Atletico
Gerard Pique didn't train with his Barcelona team-mates on Monday at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper. The Catalan defender instead went to the club's medical centre due to discomfort in the pubic area.
According to the journalist Xavi Riera of Atresmedia Deportes, Barça's club doctor, Ricard Pruna, accompanied the player, who underwent several tests.
"Pique concern: He didn't train today and underwent tests with Dr. Pruna at the club's medical centre away from the training ground," Riera published on Twitter.
This possible injury to Pique could set alarm bells ringing as Barça enter a crucial stage of the season. All three titles are still up for grabs and it's just two days until the Champions League quarter-final second leg against Atletico Madrid.
