Pep Guardiola will NOT accept Barcelona's invitation to Champions League final

Pep Guardiola will not attend the 2014-15 Champions League final held in Berlin on June 6.

The Bayern Munich manager explained that he has not accepted the invitation offered by FC Barcelona, whom he managed and played for, for their game against Juventus.

"I will not accept the invitation, I will stay here," said the Bayern coach, who was knocked out by Barcelona in the semi-finals, 5-3 on aggregate.

Barcelona announced, via their vice-preisdent Jordi Cardoner, that the Blaugrana would be inviting various former coaches to the final.

Pep defended himself against rumours that suggested he would leave Bayern next season, saying: "If what they look for is a coach who each year can win the treble, this is not me. I am not that good.

"The Champions League is the biggest title of the year, but the league is the most important title."
