Pep Guardiola refuses to talk about the future of Claudio Bravo

Ahead of Manchester City's Champions League play-off first leg against Steaua Bucharest, Pep Guardiola responded bluntly when posed with the possibility of signing Barcelona goalkeeper Claudio Bravo.

Guardiola won his first Premier League game on Saturday with a 2-1 win over Sunderland but left Joe Hart on the bench in favour of Willy Caballero, who has been second choice behind the England international during his time in Manchester.

"It's not the time to talk about players who don't belong to the club," the Catalan said.

Bravo's future with Barça has surfaced once again with his agent set to arrive in Catalonia to inform club officials that he has kept contact with City in recent weeks over a potential move for the 33-year-old.

Guardiola has since stoked further fire to the flames by including 20-year-old goalkeeper Angus Gunn in the Blues' squad to face Steau in what appears to be a further indication over the doubts he has over Hart.
