Paulo Affonso once again suggests Adriano Correia is set to leave Barcelona

Adriano Correia's agent, Paulo Affonso, has once again re-iterated that his client's future at FC Barcelona is likely to end before his contract expires in 2017. "The player's priority is to be able to play more minutes," he maintains.

In quotes to 'Esports Cope', Affonso has underlined that "Adriano is keen to play, to have more minutes" and that "last season he was on the bench and out of the squad more than he played. That's a little annoying, even though he has always respected the decision of the manager."

He added that "it has made us think and evaluate the situation: if he continues one season more or if he opts for a change of scenery, so that he can enjoy playing more."

Affonso recognised that, at the moment, "there are a lot of full-backs at Barcelona and his level of participation has been low, so we have to speak with the club. And when the club decide to speak with us, we will be happy to do so with respect and with balance, because we have a great relationship with the club."

Regarding offers on the table, one of which is from Inter Milan, he said he would prefer to speak with Barça first. "Adriano is a well-know and well-rated player," Affonso continued. "People know him and know what he can bring to a team. For now, we are only talking with important teams and doing our work."
