Paul Pogba may have to leave Juventus via the courts

Paul Pogba may have to leave Juventus via the court system, according to France Football.

Pogba knows that there are offers for him from Barcelona and Real Madrid, while Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain also want to hire him. Juventus aren't listening to offers until next season, while his agent Mino Raiola has confirmed that all of Barcelona's election candidates contacted him.

However, France Football say there is an additional complication, which could stop Pogba leaving.

While Raiola represents Pogba's interests, there's another person who manages his image rights - Oualid Tanazefti. He is an old friend of the player, and his company is registered in Luxembourg.

Thus, on top of the €85million that Juventus want for the transfer, and the €12m annually that Pogba wants, the club that signs him have to add roughly €15m for his image rights.

Of course, no team is willing to face up to such a figure and that means the Juventus player may be left looking at judicial action to remedy the situation with Oualid, to unblock his departure from the Old Lady.
