There is no war between Barcelona and Neymar Jr for the frozen payment of 26 million euros for his contract renewal.
This is, at least, the player's version put out through a press conference on Friday in Sao Paulo, where a team of lawyers spoke about the details of the case.
Neymar is not thinking about denouncing Barcelona to FIFA, after the club decided not to pay 26 million euros, which they owed him for a loyalty bonus when he renewed his contract.
"This bonus exists and his payment is part of his contract, we hope it will be paid as agreed and we are talking about it to Barcelona," said Marcos Motta, a specialist in international sporting law. "We are not considering the possibility of FIFA action because of the good relationship that exists with Barcelona."
