"Neymar will continue with Barcelona for many years"

Neymar's dad has confirmed the Brazilian international is going to stay at Barcelona for many more years. 

The 23-year-old was linked with a move to Manchester United in the summer, but Neymar Sr. says Barça fans have nothing to worry about. 

"People can be relaxed," he said when asked about his son's contract situation and the interest from England on Deportes Cuatro. 

"Neymar is going to spend a lot more time at Barça. We don't need to reach an agreement for a new contract with the club because we have three years left.

"It's not necessary to negotiate a new deal yet."
