Neymar's latest comment comes after Bartomeu spoke about him in an interview with SPORT
It's clear that the relationship between Neymar and the FC Barceloba board ended in a bad way and the player takes advantage of any occasion to attack them.
The Brazilian's way of leaving the club for Paris Saint-Germain for 222 million euros did not go down well with the Blaugrana hierarchy.
In an interview with SPORT on Tuesday, president Josep Maria Bartomeu expressed his disappointment at the way the Neymars handled everything, saying the one mistake he made was believing the player's father.
Bartomeu's comments annoyed Neymar, who, as usual, used social media to send a message.
"This president is a joke," Neymar commented on a photograph featuring Bartomeu's comment about his father.
Another episode in a saga which is sure to run and run, with Barça suing Neymar and Neymar reporting Barça to FIFA.
Barça say Neymar was in breach of his contract and should pay part of his contract renewal back and damages.
Neymar, meanwhile, believes he is still owed the rest of the renewal bonus which Barça have made quite clear they're not going to pay.
