New Barça signing Andre Gomes: "My mentality is to win it all"
Andre Gomes explained what his first feelings were after landing in Barcelona to 'Barça TV'.
The Portuguese midfielder showed ambition ahead of his new adventure as a Barça player:
"I am happy. I hope to enjoy some great moments.
"I am convinced that it was a great decision (to join the club).
"My objective is to keep improving every day and to try to help (the team)."
The Portugal international maintained a low profile, far from acting like a celebrity, which could have been understood given the figure involved in his transfer.
The footballer's comments were those of a modest individual, as he put the team first ahead of the stars.
"I am going to give everything to try to help in the best way possible.
"There is nothing I can say that I can improve specifically (within the team), but I will try to help in everything."
Questioned about the type of player he is, he responded:
"I am a very hard-working player, focused on everything to win.
"The objective is to win everything possible, that is the mentality of this club.
"I hope we can celebrate many things at the end of the season.
"My mentality is to win it all."
