Paris Saint-Germain defender Marquinhos has revealed in a conversation with supporters on Facebook that both he and team-mate Marco Verratti will be at the French club again next season.
"Verratti has a lot of talent and represents the future of the club," the Brazilian said. "Next year he will be with us with complete security. There's no reason to leave.
And the centre-back added: "My future? I will be here for next season, too."
Marquinhos has been linked with many Premier League clubs and was also a one-time transfer target for Barcelona, although that interest has died down. Since the sale of David Luiz, he has played much more regularly under Unai Emery.
Italian midfielder Verratti, though, is thought to still be a target for Barça, although the amount of money PSG are able to demand makes it tough for the Catalan side to sign him.
Speaking about Neymar, meanwhile, Marquinhos insisted he would be a great signing for the Ligue 1 side: "If I had to chose a player for PSG, I would say sign Neymar. He's a young player, he's really good and he's having a great season. He's a crack."
