Luis Suarez trained on Wednesday morning as he targets Copa del Rey final
Luis Suarez trained with his Barcelona teammates on Wednesday, but he has not yet had the green light to return to action from the club's medical team.
He missed Barça's last two games of the season due to a hamstring strain and is now focusing on being fit for the Copa del Rey final against Athletic Club on Saturday evening at Camp Nou.
There are doubts whether he will make it, with the club not wanting to risk his participation in the Champions League final the following weekend, but his involvement in Wednesday's training session was a positive sign.
Luis Enrique had the players back in after giving them Tuesday off. Everyone, including Suarez, was available to train.
Barça B players Munir, Sandro, Adama, Gumbau and Camara also joined in the session.
They will train again on Thursday ahead of the final, with Barcelona looking to claim their second trophy of the season, with a third still possible against Juventus, too.
