Luis Suarez is living his sweetest moment since signing for FC Barcelona last summer.
The Uruguayan has scored 12 goals in his last 12 games for the club in all competitions, which works out as goal a game since that double at Manchester City in February.
It took him just 58 seconds to find the net against Valencia, the quickest goal that Barcelona have scored this season and one which played a vital part in the victory.
He has now scored in eight of Barça's last 12 matches: seven in la Liga BBVA (Granada, Rayo Vallecano, Real Madrid, Almeria and Valencia), four in the Champions League (Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain) and one in the Copa del Rey (Villarreal).
Saturday's goal merely consolidated the great run of form he has found himself in, while also confirming that he has now completely adapted to Luis Enrique's system.
Despite the criticism which he received in the first few months of his Barça career, Luis Suarez is now demonstrating why he was signed.
