Luis Enrique says Barça have the strength to rotate and keep on winning
Luis Enrique was proud of the performance produced by his rotated Barcelona side in Saturday's 6-0 win over Elche.
Lionel Messi and Neymar both scored two goals each, with Gerard Pique and Pedro also on target, and the Barça boss was happy with the professionalism of his players.
"It's a difficult stadium to play at," Luis Enrique said. "Not just because of the state of the pitch, but also because of the difficulty of the rival.
"I think that today has shown that the team has depth. The mechanisms have worked with other players, which shows what this squad is and what we can work with."
Lucho also added that he was "most satisified with the attitude" of his players.
Key to the victory was the relationship between Messi and Neymar, which looks stronger with each passing game, and Neymar continued the love-in between the pair after the 90 minutes ended.
"It's an honour to play with Messi, my idol," he responded when asked about the two goals Messi had created for him.
"Playing alongside the best player in the world is really easy."
The Brazilian, like his manager, was also happy with the role of the rest of his teammates had to play in the club's sixth straight win.
He continued: "With the attiude we have, it's difficult to lose. I am very happy with performance and with my season so far, but I want to keep improving."
