Luis Enrique hails Andres Iniesta ahead of 600th game

Luis Enrique hailed Andres Iniesta as the Barcelona captain prepares for his 600th appearance in Blaugrana.

"As a former team mate of his I am twice as fortunate and the fact he has played 599 games, possibly 600 tomorrow, can only fill us with pride," Luis Enrique said ahead of Barcelona's clash with Celta Vigo.

"He has played all those games for a reason, he would never have reached that number if he had been terrible. All we can do is enjoy watching him, because of what he has done, what he has won and the values he has shown while winning."

Iniesta is only behind Xavi when it comes to Barcelona's record appearance makers, making his debut back in 2002.
