Luis Enrique: I don't think Barcelona will slip up in remaining games

Luis Enrique is optimistic. He has said as much openly in his press conference on Friday ahead of Saturday's trip to Real Betis. The Asturian coach explained that there is no formula to win the title other than winning the final three matches against Betis, Espanyol and Granada. That will seal La Liga and Luis Enrique, after working with his players all week, says he has "really good sensations."

In this sense, he says it matters little whether they play before or after Atletico and Real Madrid, the two teams chasing them. "There are times when we have played before and you're under pressure, but it doesn't matter. At this stage of the season, we have to win the game and it's difficult to see the two teams below us slipping up." However, he added that "it is also difficult to see us slipping up. After all the pressure, which ever team wins the title will deserve it."

Luis Enrique, asked about the team's rough patch, crisis and dip in form, confessed that "we never planned for this to happen, but sport can be like this. When we had the advantage, I came into every press conference saying there was a league. And that's where we are. It's a privileged situation, but a situation where nearly everyone is equal. I wouldn't call it a crisis, I don't know what I'd call it, but if we analyse the games, they were three games in which we lacked our normal fluidity and we didn't have any luck. Nothing else."

What he expects now is that "we don't dip again. I don't think we will, but no-one can say 100 percent. For that reason football is so unpredictable." And he insisted: "I notice that we're in a good moment, how the others are is not for me to say."
