Luis Enrique: Beating Getafe is key for Barcelona to win the league

Luis Enrique says that he will not make the mistake of looking at Real Madrid's fixtures and will focus on Barcelona's games.

The Blaugrana coach was speaking ahead of his side's clash with Getafe on Tuesday night, at the Camp Nou.

When asked about which team the remaining fixtures favour, Enrique replied: "That's speculation.  The only certain thing is that there is little difference between the sides and it’s going to be really close.

"I don’t think we’ll make the mistake of looking beyond tomorrow. Getafe is a key game to win the league.

"For any side the Camp Nou is a showcase. Last year they played a bad joke on us at home (a draw) and in the first half of the league we couldn’t beat them. They are solid in defence, and have quality.

"The players are aware of the difficulty in beating every opponent. We’ve not relaxed and we haven't looked relaxed in any game. We need to be professional, disciplined, offensive because our opponents don’t give up."

Enrique also praised his former side, Celta Vigo, for their efforts against Real Madrid on Sunday night.

Carlo Ancelotti's side won 4-2, but it was a hard-fought game that Enrique enjoyed.

"I expected an intense match between two great teams. It was a fantastic show. Celta and their coach are worthy of praise," he said.

"It was a great game. I loved it. I would have preferred another result, but Real Madrid are a great side."
