Lucas Digne's agent adamant he will stay at Barcelona this summer
Mikkel Beck says Digne is happy with Barça and they're happy with him
He admits there are offers but says the left-back's focused on staying put
Lucas Digne's future remains linked to Barcelona. That is what his agent, former Middlesbrough striker Mikkel Beck, has made clear in an interview with Football Whispers.
“Lucas is happy with Barça, and the club is happy with him,” Beck said, before adding that "right now, he is with the France squad and enjoying the thought about an exciting future in the greatest club in the world -- Barça is his only focus."
Mikkel Beck did admit the left-back has offers: "“There are always a lot of rumours about big clubs and big players, and Lucas Digne is a great player even though he is still only 23.
"“So, of course, that puts him on the top of the list for a lot of big clubs. But the rumours are not relevant. He will stay with Barcelona.”
And if that left any dobuts, Beck added: “Lucas has had a great first season with Barça, getting settled and playing 26 games.
"Now he is looking forward to his second season in Barcelona with a lot of ambitions for both himself and his club, hopefully winning a lot of trophies with this superb team and their amazing style of football.”
