Liverpool's Coutinho could be key to Verratti's transfer to Barça

The transfer market is becoming more and more like a game of chess. A move by one team could provoke a change in strategy for another, making one thing which seemed complicated become, all of a sudden, more do-able. 

What's clear is that Barcelona want Marco Verratti. That it will be difficult to bring him in from Paris Saint-Germain (despite the player's own desire to move to Camp Nou) also seems quite clear. But then another player comes on to the scene which could completely change the panromantic. And, curiously, it's also a player who has been on Barça's orbit. 

We're referring to Philippe Coutinho. Telefoot announced on Sunday that PSG are very interested in signing Liverpool's Brazilian. According to said information, the English club want 100 million euros fo the player, a huge amount. But if there's any club who can perform such an operation it's PSG -- and selling Verratti would make it even easier. 

It remains to be seen what will happen, but if PSG do sign Coutinho, Verratti to Barça could be very much on the card...
