Messi's holidays begin with time in Rosario & work on his tattoo

Argentina's painful Copa America final defeat to Chile on Saturday evening should not tarnish what has been a spectacular season for Lionel Messi.

The Barcelona star has earned, without doubt, the holiday period he is now beginning. So what will he do with his time off?

For starters, Barça's No.10 will spend a few days in his native Rosario, along with his son, Thiago, and his partner, Antonella Rocuzzo, who is expecting their second child.

According to Canchallena.com, Messi already has in place an appointment with Roberto Lopez to finish the tattoo on the his right arm

Before returning to Barcelona for pre-season, Messi will enjoy -- as he always does around this time of year -- some time in another European city.

Messi will have 30 days off in total, with August 5 the date he is due back for work in Catalonia.

Keeping in mind the European Super Cup will take place soon after that date, Messi's involvement against Sevilla is in the air

As for Argentina, he will not play for his country again until Septmeber, when they have two friendly matches scheduled to take place in the USA.
