Lionel Messi goals tribute has not been forgotten, insists Javier Tebas

The president of the LFP, Javier Tebas, reiterated that Lionel Messi will have a tribute for having surpassed Telmo Zarra's all time record as top scorer in the league. 

Tebas, who initially suggested that there would be the chance that if Messi broke the record at the Santiago Bernabeu may receive an award there, may choose to give it to Messi at the first game at the Camp Nou in 2015, against Atletico Madrid on January 11.

Messi broke the record with a hat-trick as Barcelona thumped Sevilla at home to earn a crucial victory in the Liga title race.
