Leo Messi reminds us of his La Masia education and subsequent rise

Leo Messi is not only the best ambassador for Barca you could imagine, but nobody than him knows better about the values of La Masia and its training system. 

The club has put out an interview with the player which explains how he started age 13 at the academy and how La Masia helped him form as a player and as a person.

"You can say I am what I am because of La Masia and what I learned from it," he explained. 

FIFA have punished Barcelona by stopping them for making transfers until January 2016, after this window shuts.

This is because of the "international transfer of minors".
