Jurgen Klopp would let Philippe Coutinho sign for FC Barcelona

Obviously the German coach does not want his Brazilian star to leave the club but says that he would not impede him

FC Barcelona are interested in Philippe Coutinho but signing him will not easy because Liverpool don’t like selling their players. The change in philosophy at the English club is clear and the coach, Jurgen Klopp is a big part of that. He said earlier this week: “We want to create an atmosphere around the club where nobody wants to leave.”

Regarding Coutinho, Klopp said: "My opinion is that he feels really well here. We all hope and think that his future is here at Liverpool. It is creating the perspective that no-one wants to leave. That is all it is about.

"If there is a club that can pay double what we pay then I will bring the player there because who am I to say 'no, no no, please don't think about the family and the kids and the grandkids and their kids', but I don't know a lot of clubs in the world who are able to do this.

"First of all before we talk about money we have to create an atmosphere in and around the club where no-one wants to leave."

Barcelona could be one of those clubs who offer Coutinho big wages but to sign the player, who has a contract with Liverpool until 2020, it would already be very expensive—around 75 million euros. Furthermore he plays in a position Barcelona have well covered.
