Josep Maria Bartomeu: Barcelona have made Dani Alves a respectful offer

Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu has told beIN Sports in an interview with Achraf Ben Ayad that the club have made Dani Alves a respectful contract offer

He also spoke about Luis Enrique's future at the club and Saturday's Champions League final against Juventus.

"We have made Dani Alves a really respectful offer," Bartomeu explained. "He knows that, but the decision is his. If you ask me, I would say to sign it, because it is a good contract with Barcelona, who are considered the best club [in the world]."

As for Luis Enrique, Barça's president seemed certain that he would still be the club's manager by the time next season comes around.

"He has a contract with the club and he has done a good job," Bartomeu continued. "I don't see why he would not continue when he has done an excellent job and still has a year on his deal."

Bartomeu also said that he still believes this summer is a good time to hold elections, while he added that he is "nervous but confident" ahead of the meeting with Juve in Berlin this weekend.
