FC Barcelona vice-president Jordi Mestre has got himself into a pickle. Speaking on BeinSports before Barcelona took on Athletic Club, he accused Neymar of provoking his opponents, saying that’s why he draws more fouls than his team-mates.
The Barcelona director said: “Neymar, many times, provokes defenders and other rival players and that’s why he gets fouled a lot.”
