Jordi Masip and Douglas start for first time in nearly a YEAR

Jordi Masip in goal and Douglas in defence. Both started against Villanovense in the Copa del Rey, almost a year after the last time they started a game. Douglas played a few minutes against Rayo but has not had the opportunity to start since December 3. It was a Copa del Rey clash too, against Huesca.

For his part, Masip is the third goalkeeper of Barcelona, and that is not a position which has much luck. Masip played his last game as a started back on December 16, 2014, in the 8-1 win Barcelona enjoyed over Huesca in the Camp Nou return leg.
