Jordi Alba says Real Madrid's Isco would be welcome at Barcelona

The Barça left-back has opened the door to a player he knows from his time at Valencia

On Wednesday, Jordi Alba attended an event in his hometown Hospitalet de Llobregat. The Barcelona left back was opening a new sports complex which carries his name and spoke about current events at the club and Luis Enrique, who he defend: "We all have to take responsibility."

Alba also referred to Barça's rumoured in terest in Isco, even though he was careful about what he said: "All good players are welcome. I know him from my time at Valencia and I appreciate him, but we have to focus on the players we have."

Isco suggested a few days ago he may not renew with Madrid, leading to speculation over his future. It's speculation which Zidane added to on Tuesday, too. Barça are one of the clubs who have been linked with the Spain international, while there would also be interest from England and Italy.
