Ivan Rakitic posts clear message about his Barça future
Ivan Rakitic has not only denied the rumours about his possible departure from Barcelona, but also highlighted that he and Arturo Canales are the only people who have the right to discuss the midfielder's future.
The 28-year-old was referring to the latest tweet posted by Miquel Sors - one of the Croatian's representatives - as well as information that suggests Juventus are interested in signing the player.
Barça's recent signing of Andre Gomes has only served as a catalyst for Rakitic's potential exit from the Camp Nou in the coming weeks, but the former Sevilla man is clear about where he wants to be.
"Getting ready for the new season and really up for it. By the way, my only agent is Arturo Canales," he wrote on Instagram.
Rakitic is still on holiday after representing Croatia at Euro 2016 and isn't expected back in training before August 1, along with fellow team-mates who appeared in France and the Copa America.
