Ivan Rakitic: Barcelona couldn't have reached final without Luis Enrique
Ivan Rakitic says Barcelona wouldn't have been able to reach the Champions League final in Berlin without coach Luis Enrique.
The Croatian midfielder was signed in the summer and has been a key part of Lucho's plans, as the Catalan giants go for the treble.
They lost 3-2 to Bayern Munich in Germany on Tuesday night but a 3-0 win in the first leg saw Barcelona through to the final.
"Our coach is really important for us, for sure," Rakitic told ITV.
"I think every coach has different ideas, so does our coach, but right now I want to give him thanks from our team because without him this would be impossible.
"It was perfect work from everybody, and I hope we can get this title.
"That is not so important for us. We respect all teams, so Wednesday will again be a big game [between Real Madrid and Juventus], but the most important thing for us is that we will be in the final in Berlin.
"We want to prepare for the game in the best way and it will be great."
