Ivan Rakitic and Gerard Pique both out of Malaga game through suspension
The two players picked up their fifth bookings of the season against Sevilla
Sergi Roberto is also just one yellow card away from a one-game ban
Neither Ivan Rakitic nor Gerard Pique will play Barcelona's next league game against Malaga after picking up their fifth yellow cards of the season.
Rakitic was booked for a foul on N'Zonzi while Pique was cautioned for hauling down Correa in the first half as Barça won 3-0 against Sevilla on Wednesday.
Sergi Roberto also went into the game one card away from a ban, with Luis Enrique withdrawing Rakitic and Pique after their booking to give them an extended break in the league.
CLEAN FOR THE CLASICO
However, it means both players will return for the game against Real Sociedad and, as long as they're not sent off, will therefore also be available for the Clasico against Real Madrid at the Bernabeu on Apr. 23.
Presumably Sergi Roberto will try and get a yellow against Malaga so as to not be suspended for the trip to Madrid.
