Injured Luis Suarez has played his last La Liga game of the season
Without knowing it, Luis Suarez played his last game of the league season against Real Sociedad. The Uruguayan striker suffered a hamstring problem and will miss the final match of the season against Deportivo de la Coruna, as a precaution.
Barcelona B player Munir El Haddadi enters the squad in Suarez's place.
Suarez, who missed the title victory at the Vicente Calderon last week with the same problem, has scored 16 goals and has 9 assists in his 27 games played in the league.
He is hoping to come back to start in the Copa del Rey final next week, though he will have gone 18 days without competing since he was substituted against Bayern Munich on May 12 at the Allianz Arena.
