The captain says he's fit and hopeful of returning this weekend

He says it will be special to play Chelsea in the Champions League

Barcelona captain Andres Iniesta spoke in a press conference on Monday in an event for Estrella Damm. He spoke about the Champions League draw and his famous goal against Chelsea in 2009, his injury, Javier Mascherano, Neymar and Cristiano Ronaldo...

Chelsea-Barcelona: "The first thing I thought is that it will be a tough tie against a powerful team. Then there are some really nice memories, some of the best on a personal level that I have experienced. That's in the past, though, and we will try to progress in the competition."

Injury: "It wasn't an injury, more just discomfort. I feel good, more or less. I hope to be available for Sunday. We’re back in training tomorrow and I am optimistic for the weekend."

Mascherano: "No, we’re not resigned to losing him because it’s not official and we’ve not heard from his mouth that he’s leaving. Javi’s still an important player for us. I would like him to stay. He’s important for the group. We will see what happens but each person tries to decide what’s best for themselves, without damaging the club. After all the years he’s spent here, you can’t question the feeling he has for Barça."

Yerry Mina and Coutinho: "They both have their own qualities and would be important additions, but they still play for other clubs. If the club wants them, it’s because they think they’re necessary and that they are ready to deal with the pressure. There’s no time for draws or losses here. They'll experience that when they're here, if they are. They would be great signings but it's not the reality and it's difficult to talk about it when it's not happened."

Neymar to Madrid? "Anything can happen in football. We’ve seen situations which seemed impossible and have then happened. I would be indifferent [if Neymar moved to Madrid], maybe it would annoy me a little bit because he’s a game-changer and he would strengthen a rival. But I’m not worried about it."

Cristiano Ronaldo the best ever? "I don’t know if they were exactly his words… each person is free to their own opinions and feelings. A player at his level, with five Ballon d’Ors … obviously he is among the best. From there, we all have are own preferences. Mine is clear. I’d go with my teammate, with Leo, for all that he’s represented and still represents. But everyone has their own tastes. The winners of these awards are always fair, I don’t think it’s unfair that Ronaldo’s won five. They’re voted for. After that, every has their own preferences."
