Iniesta and Busquets given green light to return to action

Both midfielders are available for the game against Atletico Madrid on Tuesday

Good news for FC Barcelona. The midfield has recovered two of its biggest references. Sergio Busquets and Andres Iniesta were given the all clear to return to action and will be available for Luis Enrique for the game against Atletico Madrid on Tuesday, corresponding with the second leg of the Copa del Rey semi-final. Another player has also received the green light to make his comeback: Lucas Digne.

Busquets has recovered from sprained ankle ligaments and everything suggests he will play from the off as Barça's deepest of three midfield players. Iniesta could begin the game on the bench and come on in the second half to play some minutes. Digne, too, is likely to start as a substitute, with Jordi Alba occupying the left-back slot in the Catalan's side.

The only player currently sidelined with an injury is Rafinha. The midfielder has a broken nose and will miss the Atletico game. Marc-Andre ter Stegen and Jeremy Mathieu have been left out due to technical reasons and Neymar is suspended. Remember that Barça have a 2-1 lead going into the game thanks to the goals scored by Luis Suarez and Lionel Messi in the first leg at the Vicente Calderon last week.
