"Heroes? No" says humble Neymar after scoring in Copa win
Barcelona beat Sevilla to win the Copa del Rey on Sunday night and Neymar used the occasion to issue a message of humility.
Although Luis Enrique's strike force of Lionel Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez are considered heroes by Barcelona fans, the Brazilian did not want to take that much credit.
On Instagram he posted a picture of the three of the forwards together, with the message: "Heroes? No, We're just happy to play football and enjoy all the friendships that we find."
Neymar demonstrated his humility, despite scoring in yet another title victory for Barcelona. Perhaps he was inspired to write the message by the front cover of Monday's edition of Sport, which ran the headline "Heroes!" with a picture of Andres Iniesta lifting the Copa del Rey, surrounded by his team-mates.
