Has Ezequiel Lavezzi agreed to join Barça next summer?
Could this be the big surprise of Barcelona's summer transfer dealings for the 2016-17 season? In Italy, they are reporting that Ezequiel Lavezzi has already agreed to join Barça next summer.
According to 'La Gazzetta dello Sport' the current Paris Saint-Germain forward has already reached an agreement to join the club at the end of the current season.
The Argentina international's contract expires on June 30 and said media are suggesting he will earn four million euros a year at the Catalan club.
Lavezzi, 30, is good friends with Lionel Messi and Javier Mascherano, who he knows well from his time with the national team. Apparaently the operation was closed a few days ago in the Condal City by his agent.
Prior to moving to Paris in 2012, Lavezzi spent five years playing in Italy with Napoli. His early years were spent with Estudiantes and San Lorenzo in his native Argentina.
