Gerard Deulofeu has only played 17 minutes at Sevilla this season

Sevilla beat Getafe 2-0 and are about to make their Europa League debut, so everything's going well at the Sanchez Pizjuan. 

Well, that's not the case if you're a Barcelona fan, because Deulofeu has only played 17 minutes out of a possible 270. 

He is a prodigious natural talent, who returned to Barcelona after a loan at Everton, where he was erratic but also fantastic.

Purgatory

While Rafinha, a companion of his at Barca B, has come back from loan at Celta Vigo and gone into the squad, Deulofeu has been sent to Sevilla. 

Enrique had complained that he wasn't defending well enough, an important factor for the Asturian coach. 

Sevilla seemed like a good place for him to go, with coach Unai Emery liking an attacking game.

Hardly seen

Weeks have passed since he moved, but Deulofeu ahs barely featured. He played against Espanyol as a substitute for those 17 minutes, where he made a brilliant dribble but also a couple of mistakes. 

It remains to be seen how things turn out, but things are going much slower than expected for the young forward.
