Eusebio Sacristan wants Munir to join Real Sociedad

Munir El Haddadi, after renewing his Barcelona contract until 2019, could start the upcoming season as a Real Sociedad player.

Eusebio Sacristan has again shown interest in a player he knows well from his four years as Barça B coach and wants to instigate a move to San Sebastian for the youngster. The 52-year-old is desperate to add to his attacking options with forward Jonathas expected to leave for Rubin Kazan and Imanol Agirretxe continuing his recovery from a long-term knee injury.

Munir has already said that doesn't intend to leave the Camp Nou but is aware of Barça plans to add an additional forward to complement the "MSN". In the event of this scenario, the 20-year-old would see his game time severely limited and a loan move could his best option.

Another striker who has attracted Sacristan's attention is Fernando Llorente, although the current situation at Sevilla with Kevin Gameiro's future still to be decided could prove problematic for a potential deal.
