Eight-game April could define Barça's La Liga and Champions League hopes

After the international break, Barcelona face a tough run of fixtures which could ultimately decide their fate in La Liga and the Champions League.

Following the win over Real Madrid, Luis Enrique now faces hurdles such as Valencia, Sevilla and Espanyol.

Meanwhile, in Europe, Paris Saint-Germain are up again.

In total, Barça will play eight matches in April:

5-04-2015 (29ª J. Liga BBVA) Celta Vigo - FC Barcelona: Luis Enrique returns to Balaidos, where he was in charge last season. Barça lost to Celta at Camp Nou this season so this game will not be taken lightly.

8-04-2015 (30ª J. Liga BBVA) FC Barcelona - UD Almeria: Barça struggled when they played in Almeria earlier this season. Only Luis Suarez's cameo off the bench (he helped create both goals) helped them recover after Thievy had given the hosts a first half lead. With just 22 points and 19th in the table, though, it's proving a difficult season for Almeria.

11-04-2015 (31ª J. Liga BBVA) Sevilla FC - FC Barcelona: When Barça beat Sevilla 5-1 earlier this season, Messi's treble helped him create history and move beyond Telmo Zarra's goal scoring record. Sevilla have not lost at home, though, are fifth in La Liga and are still in the Europa League.

15-04-2015 (Ch. League) PSG - FC Barcelona: Barça know PSG well; from past seasons and from the current one. They lost in France earlier this season (3-2) but were able to follow that up with a win at Camp Nou in December. PSG will be without Ibrahimovic and Verratti due to suspensions.

18-04-2015 (32ª J. Liga BBVA) FC Barcelona - Valencia CF: Sergio Busquets scored late on to hand Barça three points at Mestalla, but it was a difficult match. As Barça celebrated Busquets' goal, Lionel Messi was hit by an object thrown from the crowd. As things stand, Valencia are third in La Liga, eight back from Barça.

21-04-2015 (Ch. League) FC Barcelona - PSG: After PSG beat Chelsea, Barcelona will be taking nothing for granted. Laurent Blanc's side lead Ligue 1 after 30 matches, although Lyon and Marseille aren't far behind.

25-04-2015 (33ª J. Liga BBVA) RCD Espanyol - FC Barcelona: Sergio Garcia's early goal worried Barcelona in this season's first Catalan derby, but an exhibition from Lionel Messi killed off Espanyol. However, things are always tougher away from home.

28-04-2015 (34ª J. Liga BBVA) FC Barcelona - Getafe CF: Getafe have been a tricky rival for Barça in the past. They closed the game off well earlier this season and held Luis Enrique's side to a goalless draw. Getafe are currently 13th in the league.
